Experian QAS (formerly QuickAddress)

Experian QAS helps organisations achieve effective contact data management through data integrity software and services, including name and address management and data cleansing. Using a wide range of datasets such as Royal Mail's Postcode Address File (PAF®) and profiling information such as Experian's own MOSAIC and NLPG local government data, customers can improve and enhance data stored in thankQ.

As a Technical Partner, ESiT has developed interfaces between various QAS products and thankQ to embed a range of functionality within the CRM module:

• QAS Rapid - basic address completion. A user enters a postcode into thankQ and the full address is populated using the address data file of the relevant country. The user simply needs to add the premise number to complete the address.
• QAS Pro - full address search and completion. A user can search by street, town or postcode and select the full address from the address data file into thankQ. Data from the additional datasets available from Experian QAS (such as demographic or local government information) can also be automatically appended in thankQ, based on the contacts' address information.
• QAS Batch - address cleansing. thankQ integrates with QAS Batch to clean address data quickly and easily. It shows the records that have been amended and the changes that have been implemented, ensuring data is kept clean and correctly formatted over time. This offers the huge advantage of allowing data cleansing to occur on a live dataset, with no disruption to the day to day processing on thankQ.

Sage

A leading supplier of business software and services to 5.7 million customers worldwide, SAGE provides software ranging from accounts, payroll, forecasting and business intelligence to customer relationship management, e-business and help for start-ups.

thankQ users need to transfer financial summaries of their fundraising into their accounts package. A variety of methods can be used to do this from simple text file to an ODBC link. As a SAGE Professional Developer, ESiT uses SAGE Data Objects to automatically pass information to Sage Line 50.
